Data evaluation (Nutritional diet for different age groups)

We Can evaluate our data by following some steps:- 

 Literature source, Survey, Interview, Observation, Documents and records, and in the last Experiment.   

1. For evaluation of our data we observe and compare the rate of information. And we also found that whoever wrote this information is it Experienced or educated.  

2. We watched experts' interviews on youtube about that topic and we also read experts' comments on the "Nutrition diet"  just like a survey which is based on a nutrition diet.  

3. In conclusion we observed our family diet and then we are able to say that our family is taking a proper diet. 

 To validate, we proved that our data whatever we collect according to that interview is based on truth not a fact, or acceptable also. 

Yesterday we searched some websites also. Now after following these six steps which are mentioned on the top. After observation, records and saw the documents. We finalized google as a valid websites to search for our topic.
